These Terms of Service apply to your use of medvoyage.health and to any MedVoyage consultation, package, booking coordination or related support service, unless a separate written agreement is agreed with you.
These company details should be kept up to date.
MedVoyage provides medical travel coordination services. We help clients understand available private check-up options, coordinate clinic appointments in Minsk, arrange translation support, assist with route and travel planning, coordinate transfers and provide practical support before, during and after the trip.
MedVoyage does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, treatment, emergency care or regulated medical services. Medical advice, diagnosis and treatment recommendations are provided only by qualified medical professionals and clinics.
You must be at least 18 years old to use our services or make a booking. If you request services for a child or another person, you confirm that you have authority to act on their behalf and to provide relevant information about them.
Website content, package descriptions, prices, timeframes and examples are for general information only. They do not create a medical recommendation and do not guarantee availability, suitability, outcome, speed, diagnosis or treatment result. Final medical recommendations can only be given by qualified medical professionals after assessment.
A free consultation is intended to understand your request and explain possible coordination routes. It does not replace consultation with a doctor.
Package prices shown on the website are indicative “from” prices unless expressly confirmed otherwise. The final price may depend on the selected programme, clinic availability, diagnostics, consultations, translation, transfers, travel dates, accommodation, route, companion arrangements and additional requests.
Before any paid booking is confirmed, we will provide a cost breakdown or booking confirmation setting out the relevant service, price, deposit, payment schedule, included services and any known third-party costs.
Clinics, doctors, diagnostic centres, translators, travel providers, hotels, transport providers and other third-party providers are independent from MedVoyage unless expressly stated otherwise. Their services may be subject to their own terms, privacy notices, cancellation rules, professional standards and liability arrangements.
MedVoyage may help coordinate appointments and communication, but we do not control medical decisions, clinical availability, diagnostic results, treatment recommendations, travel provider operations, border decisions, airline schedules or third-party cancellation policies.
You are responsible for deciding whether to travel and whether to proceed with any clinic, consultation, diagnostic test, procedure or treatment. You should seek advice from your own doctor or another qualified professional where needed, especially if you have existing health conditions, pregnancy, mobility issues, urgent symptoms or complex medical history.
Payment terms will be confirmed individually before booking. A deposit may be required to reserve dates, begin coordination or secure third-party arrangements. Unless otherwise stated, third-party costs such as flights, visas, hotels, insurance, additional diagnostics or procedures may be charged separately.
The website does not currently process online payments or collect card details. Any payment, deposit or booking fee is agreed separately after consultation and is paid through the method confirmed to you outside the website. If online payment is introduced later, the payment button must clearly state that payment creates an obligation to pay, for example: “Pay now” or “Confirm booking and pay”.
Cancellations, changes, deposits and any refunds are explained in the Cancellation Policy. Third-party providers may apply their own cancellation or change fees. If you ask us to start providing services during any statutory cooling-off period, you may be required to pay for services already performed and non-refundable third-party costs, where permitted by law.
Nothing in these Terms limits any mandatory consumer rights that apply to you. If you are a UK consumer, services must be performed with reasonable care and skill. If there is a conflict between these Terms and mandatory consumer law, mandatory consumer law will apply.
You must not misuse the website, introduce malware, attempt unauthorised access, scrape the website unlawfully, submit false or misleading information, or use the website in a way that interferes with its operation or with other users.
The website, text, design, branding, structure, images, logos and other content are owned by or licensed to MedVoyage unless otherwise stated. You may view and use the website for personal, non-commercial purposes. You must not copy, republish, sell or exploit website content without permission.
We do not exclude or limit liability where it would be unlawful to do so, including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, or breach of mandatory consumer rights.
Subject to the above, MedVoyage is not responsible for: clinical decisions or outcomes; medical diagnosis or treatment; third-party provider acts or omissions; travel delays, cancellations, border decisions or visa issues; loss caused by inaccurate information supplied by you; indirect or consequential losses; or events outside our reasonable control.
We are not responsible for failure or delay caused by events outside our reasonable control, including travel restrictions, border closures, visa refusal, airline disruption, clinic cancellation, public health measures, war, sanctions, strikes, internet failure, natural disasters or government actions. We will try to assist with practical rescheduling where reasonably possible.
These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, unless a different jurisdiction is confirmed in your booking documents or required by mandatory law. This does not affect mandatory rights you may have as a consumer in your place of residence.
Please contact us first at info@medvoyage.health if you have a complaint or dispute so we can try to resolve it promptly.
We may update these Terms from time to time. The version published on the website at the time of your booking or use of the service will apply, unless we agree otherwise in writing.
