MedVoyage is a medical travel coordination service. We help clients organise private medical check-ups, diagnostics, clinic appointments, translation support, travel coordination and related practical support. We are not a clinic, hospital, medical practice or emergency medical provider.

  • Translators, interpreters and document translation providers.
  • Travel, transfer, accommodation, SIM-card or itinerary support providers, where required for your trip.
  • Website hosting, email, form, security, analytics, cookie-management and IT providers.
  • WhatsApp / Meta and other communication platforms when you choose to contact us through those services.
  • Banks, accountants and professional advisers. Payment processors may be involved only if a separate external payment method is agreed or introduced later.
  • Regulators, law enforcement, courts, authorities or insurers where legally required or necessary to protect legal rights.

We ask third parties to use your data only for the relevant purpose and to protect it appropriately. Clinics and medical professionals may act as separate controllers for the medical services they provide and may give you their own privacy information.

Because MedVoyage coordinates services connected with Belarus and may use international technology providers, your personal data may be transferred to or accessed from countries outside the UK. This may include Belarus and other countries where our service partners, clinics, IT providers or communication platforms operate.

Where UK data protection law requires safeguards for an international transfer, we will use an appropriate transfer mechanism, such as the UK International Data Transfer Agreement, the UK Addendum to EU Standard Contractual Clauses, adequacy regulations where applicable, or another lawful mechanism.
